A regional label can be especially ambiguous when a customer’s business contacts use nearby places on both sides of a provincial boundary. Driver Can Cargo’s current operation is within Québec. For an Outaouais request, identify both Québec endpoints explicitly, including the municipality and postal code. Describe any separate shipment leg independently so the proposed road scope remains clear.

2 · Prepare both sites
Addresses, commercial entrances, contacts and loading and receiving arrangements.
3 · Coordinate dates
Requested dates, receiving windows and outstanding confirmations.
4 · Review the proposal
The team reviews endpoints, equipment and availability before agreeing the transport job.
Brokers and moving-goods projects
Brokers and forwarders can submit recurring lane profiles for a collaboration discussion. Businesses and individuals can describe packed furniture, prepared belongings or stock suitable for a dry container. In each case, transport connects the project’s preparation and receiving teams.
