Identify the container provider and the people preparing and receiving the goods so the road movement can be coordinated with their schedule.
Prepare one inventory for the road move
List the goods, known packed dimensions and weights, and any items needing particular attention during your preparation. Give the receiving team the same inventory reference. Agree when the container will be ready and how the receiver will accept the contents. If the project uses several containers, identify which inventory belongs to each unit.
